I guess I should have done a long time ago...
I had completely forgotten about my profile on this site (I'm sure you all know how life can through curve balls at you), and I'm not sure if I've introduced myself or not. Anywho, I'm K. and my pseudonym for writing is Carter Dae...obviously, I'm a writer...I have a job, I'm in college part-time...and that's pretty much it. Check me out on Facebook or tune in to my blog every once in a while. Oh, and hello, everyone! :)

Writing's been a lifelong passion, so I was excited to find this website. I write fiction, interspersed with closed-form poetry, but am mostly self-taught, so I'm eager for any feedback I can get, along with the chance to read and learn from what seems to be a group of very talented writers.

My current project is a novel being written in collaboration with a good friend, which is still in the very early stages. Look forward to reading and hearing from you all!

I am no longer new, though I havent been able to spend loads of time on here due to exams but I thought I might as well tell you I'm here :D I am still writing a story, i mainly write fiction and supernatural because they interest me A LOT. So, theres me. I look forward to posting my first story and seeing the feedback but until then... farewell!!

Hello there everybody! For the sake of privacy reasons I would like to go by my pen name--Mizumi. I hail from the awesome state of California and have lived here for all my love (doesn't mean I don't like traveling, but its a treat when I get to.)

I am an extroadinarily passionate writer whose first love is fiction. I am currently engaged in writing a first draft of a first historical novel entitled 'Finn's Journey' and am looking forward to reading all your constructive comments on my future submissions with chapter 1 and 2 of the novel to follow shortly here. I am quite experienced in giving detailed feedback and commenting on a wide berth of fiction and non-fictional writing and am highly regarded among both colleagues and others for my detailed and constructive contributions. Not least as a recently published author of a highly regarded scholarly biography, a frequent book reviewer for as well as published in several leading journals, a long time member of several other fiction writing forums, PhD and Masters Degree Supervisor, fiction writers group member and so on. If you want to receive feedback from someone who not just relishes providing it but will play devil's advocate and generally immerse himself in your work - then i will be only too happy to oblige - and as such I look forward to reading your work.

This goes especially for any of you who are writing historical fiction particularly those in the process of writing a novel (though I love to read any fiction and will certainly be meaning to read across any and every genre). When not writing my novel or conducting my academic research I also dabble a little in poetry and short story's.
Also, my broad area of expertise as a Historian includes among others Modern Irish/British/Colonial/European/USA so please feel free to ask me about any aspects related to your own writing that includes some or other Historical or Political bent. If I dont know then I can probably ask/suggest someone who will.
